  • Design and implement benefit programs that meet business objectives.
  • Manage salary structures and job evaluations.
  • Communicate reward policies and procedures to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in C&B roles, preferably in fast-moving industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full fluency in English and Chinese.
