Messaging Business Development Manager Asia

As a Senior Account Manager Asia Pacific-Messaging at Raza Engage, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and margin through the development and implementation of our sales strategy in the region.
About the Role:- Manage and build profitable relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs with key partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and Raza Engage.
Key responsibilities include managing and building profitability with active messaging customers/suppliers, actively working on new business development, developing innovative and creative SMS trading strategies, handling deadlines, understanding and managing contracts, creating and maintaining valuable wholesale traffic swap deals, evaluating and pricing new deals, buying best-in-class termination rates, identifying, verifying, and using SS7 and SMPP routes, negotiating SMS service contracts and SLAs working closely with legal, acting as the point of contact between the customer and Raza Engage for all the sales cycle, and working closely with Routing, Finance, and Technical departments to enable smooth business operations.
Requirements:- University degree in business, marketing, economics, or similar fields.
- 5+ years of proven experience in telecom wholesale, specifically in messaging exchange.
- Wide industry network and expertise in identifying valuable SMS partners.
