Customer Retention Strategist

Crypto.com is a leading platform in the fintech industry, constantly seeking innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Retention Strategist to drive our cross-channel communications and support the execution of retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective GTM strategies, driving platform retention and engagement metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing CRM & campaign programs, utilizing data analytics to anticipate user behavior and create targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Manage user segmentation, communication delivery, and performance evaluation, ensuring seamless integration with CRM applications.
- Conduct comprehensive experiments throughout the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or business analysis roles, with a strong understanding of digital assets and traditional finance.
- In-depth knowledge of economic trends and market indicators, including EMA, MACD, RSI, and Bollinger bands.
- Proficient in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing, demonstrating sensitivity to numbers and logical thinking.
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus, along with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience, as well as familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce).
