**Requirements**

  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Qualified insurance and securities intermediary with a strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Working knowledge of retail banking products and services, as well as branch operations and procedures.
  • Excellent relationship building and selling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of Putonghua.
  • Candidates with less experience may also be considered.
