Customer Experience Specialist
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Branch Distribution & Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience initiatives and programs to drive continuous service improvements in our branch network.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the team in developing and implementing customer experience strategies and programs to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with branches and other departments to ensure effective program execution and collaboration
* Participate in periodic and ad-hoc projects related to customer experience, service quality, training, and administration
* Compile and maintain customer experience-related data and records for tracking and monitoring service performance
* Support the communication channel to ensure good customer service and product knowledge are offered
**Requirements**
* Post-secondary education or above
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking, quality service assurance, customer service, or related fields
* Sound knowledge of customer experience, service quality, and customer feedback measurement issues
* Sound knowledge of our bank's products and services
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and organization
* Conversant with MS Office applications
* Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
