About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ambassador to join our team at HSBC. As a Digital Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting digital banking services and products to our customers, and encouraging them to adopt online banking and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Adoption and Engagement: Adopt branch customers to Internet Banking and Mobile App, and encourage their continued use of digital services.
  • Digital Banking Promotion: Promote digital banking services and products to customers, and encourage them to migrate to digital channels.
  • Customer Needs Identification: Actively identify potential customers' banking needs and recommend alternative solutions to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSBC Bank policy, Global Standards, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE, including Math, Chinese, or English, equivalent or above.
  • Customer Service Experience: Customer service or banking experience is preferred.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to deliver quality service.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a definite advantage.
  • Insurance or Investment License: Holder of insurance or investment license is preferred but not a must.
