Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships in Malaysia.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and engage them through effective outreach strategies, including cold calls and emails.
  • Articulate the benefits of scent marketing and air purification to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager to explore new market opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings and discussions between potential clients and the Business Development Manager.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to the Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager.
  • Stay informed about trends in customer experience across various industries.
  • Engage in continuous learning about industry developments and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members on innovative prospecting initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional sales training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and fragrance expertise.
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Adapt to changes while maintaining organization and a positive attitude.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently through proven sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or call center environment, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and lead generation.
  • A motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Disciplined in planning daily activities and setting achievable goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and objections.
  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Malay, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and/or other Southeast Asian languages.
