Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute local and international digital marketing strategies across various marketing channels;
  2. Implement and optimise SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings;
  3. Manage SEM campaigns and PPC advertising;
  4. Create and execute email marketing campaigns, analysing performance and maximising open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness;
  5. Design and manage social media strategies, trends, and metrics;
  6. Oversee website management, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency, monitoring performance and analytics;
  7. Utilise CRM tools to track and analyse guest interactions and data, developing strategies to enhance guest retention, loyalty, and satisfaction;
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics and insights, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. A clear career progression, with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management;
  2. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and CRM;
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools & platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager, HubSpot;
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to utilise data to develop and measure campaign performance;
  6. A passion for restaurants and hospitality
