About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Team Lead to join our team at Langham Hospitality Group. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of creative strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation. Your expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual identity will enable you to effectively communicate our brand message across diverse markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services team to define and develop brand standards, creative initiatives, and brand manuals for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LHG's brand identity, brand assets, and visuals to ensure consistency across worldwide hotels and markets.
  • Lead the creation of innovative branding materials, social media content, and digital platforms that showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Manage and oversee the photography direction and creative assets library, ensuring that all visual content meets our high standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective brand strategies that meet business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA in visual communication or multimedia design; candidates without a degree but with substantial experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding advertising, or related areas (both print and digital).
  • Proven track record of success in leading brand strategy initiatives in complex organisations where influencing adoption is crucial.
  • Expertise in graphic design, typography, branding, illustration, video editing, and photography skills are essential.
  • Experience in photo retouching and art direction for photoshoots is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage various personalities and convey design best practices across all company levels.
