About the role

  • Conceive and implement concepts and guidelines into compelling visuals and designs
  • Translate brand strategies into creative propositions for various channels (print, digital, video…)
  • Work with cross-functional team and oversee design standards
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines, from start to completion
  • Not only contribute, but actively engage in the brainstorming sessions, be a creative engine for the team and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's design in Graphic/ Communications Design or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in branding and graphic design in agency setting
  • Proven creativity with solid understanding of branding, marketing, visual style and medium
  • An enthusiastic collaborator who is mature, pro-active, self-motivated with curious mind
  • Thorough understanding of typography, colour and design
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other tools
  • Excellent time management under tight deadlines and multiple projects
  • Fluent in written and verbal English a must, Chinese a plus
