Customer Experience Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Trainer to join our Academy Team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs to our clients' teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding client learning needs to design and deliver effective training programs
- Liaising with project plans to determine training needs, objectives, and schedules
- Supporting the design of training programs and materials
- Animating training sessions in class and online, creating a dynamic environment to impact mindset change and behaviors
- Coaching participants on floor or online
Requirements:
- Strong retail background and insight, with a preference for luxury retail experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in service excellence, CX, and training
- Experience in classroom trainings, workshops, and on-field coaching of customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, and clienteling/CRM for retail frontline teams
- Excellent communication skills with proficient language skills in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin a plus
