The Job Overview
Crypto seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Manager, HRBP & Projects to support the company's HR Business Partners and drive strategic solutions enhancing the employee experience and workforce effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
This role reports to the Senior Director, HRBP & Projects and requires strong presentation and communication skills with a logical and creative approach to HRBP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blended skillset combining HR knowledge and business partnering expertise.
About the Role
- Support the HRBP Team: Provide a proactive and engaging business-focused HR service to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with HR Business Partners to learn trends supporting the business through Strategic People Initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect functional requirements and translate them into sleek presentation decks.
- Employee Feedback: Partner with regional HR and HR Services teams to consolidate employee feedback and provide recommendations to the HR senior leadership team for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, track, and monitor HR projects and events.
- Analytics Support: Work with the People Analytics team to prepare regular HR reports for stakeholders.
- Additional Assignments: Support other ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in an agile and hyper-growth environment.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to tell stories through crisp PowerPoint design and presentation skills with the ability to captivate and engage an audience.
- Innovation: Creative and tech-savvy individual willing to challenge the status quo and assumptions.
- Business Acumen: Strong business and HR acumen including creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Organization: Well-organized, self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative.
- Languages: Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
