Senior Manager, Agency Distribution Lead

This role will be responsible for leading and managing agency distribution activities to drive new business growth, sales, and recruitment, while ensuring business persistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency leaders to develop and execute annual strategic plans and budgets.
  • Monitor and track goal achievement, providing motivation and implementing control measures as needed.
  • Manage agency communications between the Company and agency leaders.
  • Collect feedback and implement solutions to improve agency performance.
  • Provide coaching to team members on company and industry guidelines to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Organize and launch agency campaigns, challenges, and promotions to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate and identify training needs to improve agency productivity and professionalism.
  • Assist with agency leaders to monitor recruitment activities and ensure a strong pipeline of quality recruits and agent retention.

Requirements

  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or sales management roles
  • Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multiple business functions
  • Bias for action and results-driven
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proven people and management skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures, and business practices
  • Operates with high standards and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
