About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative APAC to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and pricing to customers.
  • Process orders and returns, and communicate with internal departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
