You will assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes during service hours, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in the culinary field is required.
- Previous success in a similar position is highly preferred.
Key Skills:
- Basic knife skills and a solid understanding of recipes and SOPs are essential.
- A strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in food preparation are crucial.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is necessary.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is required.
