Administrative Officer I/II

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance for the execution of academic programs, including admissions, course management, curriculum design, and quality control;
- Overseeing the management of the departmental website and social media platforms, as well as creating and distributing promotional content;
- Coordinating departmental and student events, focusing on marketing, publications, and external engagement;
- Offering administrative support to faculty members and various departmental committees;
- Managing appointments and related tasks for academic and research personnel;
- Supervising the General Office support staff;
- Executing any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently under pressure are required. Experience in managing doctoral programs and research initiatives will be considered advantageous.
Applicants with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Administrative Officer II.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration package will be competitive and aligned with qualifications and experience. The appointment will be on a fixed-term contract, with fringe benefits including gratuity, leave entitlements, and medical and dental coverage.
