About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join our Card Product business as Head of Acquisition - Cobrand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective product and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance Management
    • Responsible for the product level P&L and deliver KPIs achieving a mixture of performance matrix in terms of net interest income, net fee income, contra revenue, operating expenses, card base, new cards, spending, and receivable.
  • Product and Marketing Strategies
    • Formulate and implement product and marketing strategies to increase customer base and receivable market shares, build habitual card usage, enhance branding awareness, and grow customer base.
  • Market and Customer Analysis
    • Analyze and understand the market and customers, determine customer segment requirements, and provide differentiated products/campaigns to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead the team to plan, develop, and execute initiatives (acquisition, usage, and customer cycle) to attract new customers as well as increase spending and loyalty of existing portfolios.
  • Cobrand Partnerships
    • Identify strategic cobrand partners and leverage their resources and businesses to develop sustainable and impactful strategic partnerships.
  • Technology and Innovation
    • Apply the latest technology to gain competitiveness edges for card products.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
  • Risk Management
    • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures and to mitigate the risks.
  • Team Development
    • Lead, groom, and coach a team to specialize in card product management to grow business.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree or relevant experience.
  • Professional Qualifications
    • Over 15 years of working experience with at least 8 years of managerial experience in the credit card business with broad business and social networks.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Solid experience in managing cobrand and portfolio management for credit card business with good sense of card technologies and trends.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, creative, customer-focused, positive team player, and independent.
    • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
