Job Summary

PERSOLKelly China is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our human resources function and drive business growth through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Human Resources Function: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, engage, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees at all levels, to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employment, labor, and human resources, and identify areas for improvement and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Employee Relations and Development: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits, to promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, and provide guidance and support to the CEO and other senior executives on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive operational excellence, and act as the primary liaison between the organization and external vendors related to HR services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. At least 10 years of progressive experience in a human resources role, with a focus on managing large teams and driving organizational change.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and employees at all levels. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to support HR decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to create a culture of belonging for all employees. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
