As an HR Outsourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR outsourcing services to our clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, and handling visa applications.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide HR outsourcing services to clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, and handling visa applications
* Implement and maintain HR systems, including staff records and data updates
* Provide clerical support, including quotation and billing issuance
* Carry out ad-hoc projects as required

### Requirements

* Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline
* 1 year relevant experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred
* Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong
* Detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
* Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

### Working Arrangements

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Banking Holiday)
* Working location: Tsuen Wan office
