Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client files, including filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendars, and trusted sources.
- Perform end-to-end payroll with medium complexity, including data input, monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculations, employee benefits administration, and HR-related matters.
- Prepare and submit statutory documents, such as Employer's Tax Returns and Monthly Pension submissions.
- Ensure adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
- Invoice clients correctly and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field of study, preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business-related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing an advantage.
- Experience handling client escalations, complaints, and problem-solving.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-minded and numerically sensitive individual.
