Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client files, including filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendars, and trusted sources.
  • Perform end-to-end payroll with medium complexity, including data input, monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculations, employee benefits administration, and HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents, such as Employer's Tax Returns and Monthly Pension submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
  • Invoice clients correctly and timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in any field of study, preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing an advantage.
  • Experience handling client escalations, complaints, and problem-solving.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-minded and numerically sensitive individual.
