Responsibilities

  • Manage client files, including payroll calendars and employee data.
  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, employee benefits administration, and statutory submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISAE 3402, OSPAR, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure timely invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business-related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience in HR/Payroll/Audit an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
