About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Hong Kong Office. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining client files, performing end-to-end payroll with medium complexity, and ensuring statutory submissions are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client files, including filing folders, work instructions, and payroll calendars.
  • Perform end-to-end payroll with medium complexity, including data input, monthly payroll calculations, and employee benefits administration.
  • Prepare statutory submissions, such as Employer's Tax Return and Monthly Pension submission.
  • Ensure adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in any field of study, preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing an advantage.
  • Experience handling client escalations, complaints, and problem-solving.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person.
