We're looking for talented individuals to join our Member Engagement and Support team, providing exceptional client service and support to our valued members. As part of this dynamic group, you'll be responsible for answering member inquiries, addressing feedback, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and customer-centric approach will ensure outstanding member experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in any field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role providing customer service and support
  • Strong presentation and writing skills in English
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Fuency in spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST

You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by:

  • Managing member inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints
  • Ensuring outstanding member experiences through process review and optimization
  • Performing due diligence on potential members and ensuring compliance with company regulations
  • Providing training to members on company systems and privacy regulations

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
