Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the customer success efforts within our Group IT Generative AI/AI Automation Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of AI solutions across the organization, working closely with business units to identify opportunities and develop business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to ensure the successful onboarding, training, and use case identification for AI solutions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Commercial group to identify potential opportunities for AI project partnerships with external partners.
  • Work closely with IT teams to prioritize and successfully implement AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business units and Commercial group, corporate functions and control parties, via various initiatives such as engagement roadshow, discussion forums, brainstorming workshops, etc.
  • Identify and develop business cases / justifications for AI solutions, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure technical feasibility and ROI analysis.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on AI adoption and utilization best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on customer success, consulting, or project management.
