The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our User Support business, you will provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients, ensuring fast and effective management of client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clients via phone, email, and Bloomberg Instant Messaging
  • Install and configure Bloomberg software, licenses, and logins
  • Configure proprietary hardware, such as biometric authentication devices and keyboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain effective communication
  • Connect clients with internal teams for technical training and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology
  • Desire to develop skills and experience in customer service in a fast-moving FinTech environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to retain information
  • Careful attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
