Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, providing exceptional technical support, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide expert technical support to our clients, identifying and resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, facilitating open communication and ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client needs, making recommendations for improved service delivery and enhanced customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably in a software company.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of HKD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
