We are seeking a talented Premier Agency Development Specialist to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in advancing our movement by inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. You will deliver purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels, making a positive, healthy impact on our customers and the community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and preparing agency-related reports to maintain, improve, and deliver accurate, high-quality information for agency management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building reports, visualizations, and dashboards to optimally communicate data insights to collaborators
  • Supporting department administration and operation, agency engagement, and communication effectiveness by optimizing agency processes
  • Maintaining department governance in accordance with SOP standards
  • Communicating and cooperating with different departments for administration tasks
  • Developing and maintaining automated scripts or utilizing Power Platform tools to streamline data requirement identification, collection, execution, and distribution
  • Collaborating with different agent business units to analyze and interpret sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive agent and business growth

Minimum Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant quantitative field, with proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a business or corporate environment. Specific skills required include:

  • Proven experience in administration in the insurance industry or banking industry; experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is an advantage
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Office Script) and/or automation tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable
