Job Role:

As an Operations and Administration Manager at WizardQuant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring process and maintaining all HR functions. This includes maintaining and updating employee information, new hire onboarding, and coordinating operations and activities related to HR operations.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating office administration, including office facilities, and providing administrative support. You will also serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries and assist in reviewing, developing, and executing policies, programs, and procedures regarding office administration.

We seek a highly detail-oriented individual with strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. If you possess a degree or diploma in business administration or a related discipline and have a minimum of 2+ years of human resources experience, we encourage you to apply.
