  • Managing the relationship between Transportation & Water sector, Building & Places sector, and HR Shared Services (People Hub, HR Operations, and Centres of Expertise) to ensure a common understanding of business requirements and to enable employees and managers to receive appropriate levels of service.
  • Taking a leading role in executing business strategy, ensuring that the people agenda is embedded within it.
  • Acting as a change agent to support evolution of the business to be well positioned for market and other changes.

The successful candidate will have high level capabilities in commercial and business acumen, strategic mindset, influencing repertoire, strong influencing and communications skills, political awareness, and high levels of emotional intelligence. They will also be able to build deep trusting relationships and maintain a high degree of integrity.
