Position Overview:

As a vital contributor to the Technical Pre-Sales Department, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to effectively position our comprehensive Portfolio of Solutions. Your role will involve guiding field Systems Engineers in their initiatives and communicating product development requests to the Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the CSE team focused on the APAC region, with occasional travel to EMEA.
  • Provide second-level pre-sales support to assist the SE organization, including:
    • Responding to RFPs/RFIs with design, solution specifications, and product information.
    • Supporting key projects to achieve optimal technical outcomes.
    • Leading technical discussions, clearly articulating technology, and showcasing unique value propositions.
    • Conducting engaging solution presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Develop technical materials to bolster sales efforts, including slide presentations, solution briefs, white papers, and success stories.
  • Effectively share product knowledge with the Sales Team and Channel partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Product Management team, consolidating customer requirements across the APAC region, validating business cases, and prioritizing feature requests.
  • Monitor project activities, analyze trends, and provide insights into market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the formulation of commercial strategies.
  • Engage in seminars and industry events.
  • Travel as necessary within the APAC region.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a thorough understanding of the market for your designated technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow CSEs to influence product direction and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of pre-sales experience.
  • Experience with vendors in the industry.
  • International exposure and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Security.
  • Expertise in Advanced Threat Protection, including EDR Technology and Ethical Hacking, with familiarity in Threat Intelligence analysis and Automated Response. Hands-on experience with Kali and Linux penetration testing systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with executives and team members.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-driven and independent thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the network security sector.
