We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales consultancy support in ICT & Telecom solution design, working closely with internal departments and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide pre-sales consultancy support in ICT & Telecom solution design, working closely with internal departments and external partners.
  • Work as a Tier-2 specialist, coordinating and supporting functions for technical clarifications, vendor partnership, Bill of Materials (BoM) and quotation generation, and order confirmation to Commercial and Government users.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams, following company guidelines and procedures.
  • Support the team in preparing sales proposals and tender responses.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Computer/Electronic Engineering, IT-related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge of PC, Server, accessories, and MS-Windows platforms.
  • Preferred to have recognized certificates (e.g. MCP, MCSE, CCDA, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn about new technologies.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
