Job Overview
As a key member of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business strategy and growth across Southeast Asian branches and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and action plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting.
  • Oversee all business data, providing insightful analysis and reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct regular business analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor and manage various risks, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Examine the effectiveness of management guidelines and working manuals within Global Markets.
  • Coordinate trading systems, market data facilities, computer systems, and access right authorization.
  • Identify, quantify, and measure risk areas, implementing control measures and reporting abnormal cases promptly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management or immediate supervisors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Rich working experience in the financial industry and treasury market.
  • Good understanding of department operations and relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to report abnormalities on time.
  • Strong responsive sense, observation, and judgment skills to handle emergency cases flexibly.
  • Strong written and speaking skills.
  • Good understanding of industry dynamics and market changes in Hong Kong and China Financial markets.
