We are currently in search of a distinguished professional to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to senior executives with both Global and Regional responsibilities.
  • Manage intricate schedules, resolve conflicts, coordinate activities, events, resources, and meetings while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring that team records and management information are current.
  • Oversee email correspondence management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, coordinating itineraries, managing expenses, and processing complex visa applications while adhering to policy and maintaining cost control.
  • Screen visitors and telephone calls, handling internal and external communications effectively.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as necessary, efficiently managing a substantial workload without compromising quality.
  • Uphold HSBC's internal control standards, implement Group Compliance Policy, and maintain awareness of operational risks to minimize their occurrence.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Form 5 graduation or equivalent, preferably with relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and numerical aptitude.
  • A professional telephone demeanor and fluency in spoken English and Cantonese is desirable.
  • Proficient in PC applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and core HSBC approval systems.
  • Ability to adapt to various work procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
