HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior executive team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, managing conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and processing visa applications.
- Screen visitors and telephone calls, handling internal and external correspondences with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate team meetings, ensure accurate records and minutes, and maintain up-to-date team records.
- Manage email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.
- Implement and maintain HSBC's internal control standards, adhere to Group Compliance Policy, and minimize operational risk.
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above with pass in HKCEE and preferably with some work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, numerical sense, and pleasant telephone manner.
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as core HSBC approval systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing work procedures and operational guidelines.
- Strong organizing and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
