Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit card business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain partnerships with retail and payments partners to drive sustainable spend growth
  • Drive win-win commercial outcomes with merchant partners to foster mutual customer growth
  • Innovate and commercialize new usage propositions and initiatives to drive up adoption and usage with external retail/payments partners
  • Collaborate with the wider Wealth & Personal Banking and other lines of business to drive win-win outcomes to all stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in credit cards or payments industry, or other banking products management with good understanding about product profitability dynamics
  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive win-win partnerships in both tactical and long-term basis
  • High degree of personal drive and resilience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management
