We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will focus on pop culture and entertainment partnerships, with a strong emphasis on Jpop and Kpop.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with media companies, advertising agencies, and entertainment brands to explore collaborative opportunities in pop culture. They will also identify and pitch new advertising and sponsorship prospects within the music and entertainment sectors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
- Identify and pitch new advertising and sponsorship prospects to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising and sponsorship activations.
- Analyze advertising and sponsorship performance data to optimize media offerings and maximize revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership models in pop culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, media, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, media/advertising sales, or a related field, with a focus on music and entertainment.
- A proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships and media/advertising sales in the entertainment industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly within the Jpop/Kpop and broader music sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with strong presentation and project management abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging partnership concepts and media/advertising solutions relevant to the entertainment field.
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. The salary range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages that recognize individual contributions.
