Main Responsibilities:- Partnership Building: Foster long-term relationships with top F&B groups and brands in Hong Kong, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Implement operational excellence initiatives, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with 5+ years of experience in key account sales, channel/vendor management, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English or Cantonese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
