We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring and expansion plans, role requirements, and identify the right candidates for the teams. You will also be responsible for back-up tasks and assist in other ad-hoc talent acquisition related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines, and at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a sizeable or multi-national organization.
You will have a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and be able to maintain a strong relationship with talents in the market.
