We are seeking a high-achieving, experienced professional to fill our open insurance distribution process and performance lead role. Our ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator with a track record of success in the insurance industry, effectively managing a multifaceted team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products.
- Manage the distribution team to ensure accurate and efficient distribution.
- Ensure distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with other departments to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
- Provide training and support to distribution staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to distribute insurance products effectively.
- Ensure distribution is done in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers.
- Ensure distribution data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Degree holder.
- At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance distribution process and procedure.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to distribution management.
