Job Description
This Insurance Talent Programme aims to provide talented undergraduates with an opportunity to develop into insurance professionals and potential future leaders within our organization.
Students can choose one stream to focus on during their 6 months full-time internship period.
The Internship will expose you to the insurance operations and workflow, including claims, underwriting, distribution, etc.
You will have the opportunity to deliver change initiatives, build new capabilities, analyze business data, and support strategic planning.
Streams
- Business Stream: Expose to the insurance operations and workflow (e.g. claims, underwriting, distribution, etc.)
- Transformation & Technology Stream: Expose to the insurance technologies and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate Degree or University Students preferably in final or penultimate year of study
- Strong interest in developing a career in the insurance industry
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Positive thinking and strong customer-centric mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good cultural awareness
