Job Summary:

  1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, responding promptly and professionally to guest queries.
  2. Record and deliver guest messages and wake-up calls, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Meet and greet guests, providing warm and welcoming service, and assisting with their needs and requests.
  4. Stay informed about the latest hotel services and promotions, sharing knowledge with guests and promoting the hotel's offerings.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives, supporting each other and driving success.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hotel or service industry.
  2. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  3. Strong language skills, with excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations.
