We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding and Logistics Leader to join our team in Japan. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, showcasing our company's expertise in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of services.
- Performance Metrics: Regularly track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our company's value proposition and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service to drive long-term loyalty and growth.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Be highly proactive and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex situations and priorities while maintaining a focus on results-driven outcomes.
- Industry Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and operational best practices.
