As a Senior IT Manager, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics and digital platform strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the data analytics strategy to support business objectives
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions
  • Supervise the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources to generate significant insights
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives
  • Lead a team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analytics projects
  • Assist the Head of Data Governance to ensure data security, and compliance standards are met
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management team

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • High proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel are required
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for data visualization and reporting
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud-based data platforms
  • Ability to define enterprise data model and data quality standards
  • Experience in leading and managing sophisticated data analytics projects
  • Speed and accuracy when processing data
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
