Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, Performance and Innovation, you will be part of our Health Business Unit, leading a team to deliver high-quality health use cases and analytics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative pricing strategies based on holistic data collection and advanced analytics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Maintaining robust governance structures for performance management, including clear performance metrics and targets
- Consolidating and synthesizing data insights to inform management team actions
You will also have the opportunity to participate in product committee meetings to oversee health product pricing reviews and approvals.
