As we propel forward, we're seeking a seasoned sales expert to spearhead our expansion across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

This role offers an exciting blend of strategic support and individual sales execution, providing opportunities to work closely with senior leaders while driving personal success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tactical support to senior sales executives in managing critical accounts, fostering client relationships, and implementing sales strategies across APAC.

  • Developing and managing new business opportunities, from initial outreach to successful deal closure, for your designated portfolio.

  • Crafting compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate Flagright's value proposition to clients.

  • Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional client experiences and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Collaborating closely with the Global Head of Sales and senior sales team to ensure cohesive strategy and goal alignment.

  • Staying abreast of market trends, competitor analysis, and providing actionable insights to enhance Flagright's offerings.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, significantly contributing to Flagright's aggressive revenue growth objectives.

  • Adapting innovative sales approaches to respond to evolving market conditions and client needs within APAC's complex regulatory landscape.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales capacity, preferably within the SaaS or fintech industry, with a demonstrated history of success.

  • Strong understanding of financial services, including compliance, AML, and risk management, with knowledge of APAC regulations being an asset.

  • A proven entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance strategic support and independent deal closures.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for capitalism and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to present compelling ROI and value to clients.

  • A creative and proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen interest in tech and business development.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

  • A collaborative team player with high self-motivation and drive.

  • Comfortable traveling and adapting to diverse cultural and business environments across APAC.

  • Must be based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate.
