Job Description:
The Sales and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving sales and pursuing new business opportunities, overseeing B2B communication and promotional initiatives, collaborating with the team to continuously enhance innovative practices and business development strategies, and assisting with additional tasks to support team efforts and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Assist with additional tasks to support team efforts and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerage, experience with one of the following: P&C, GI, and or Employee Benefits, valid insurance certifications (IIQE), strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach, paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, competitive mindset with the ability to make a positive first impression, and proficient in multitasking.
