We are looking for a Senior Business Development Professional to join our team at MCG Talent. As a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of business development experience or related roles with international exposure, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth through identifying and landing new business opportunities and partnerships.

As the successful candidate, you will manage the P&L for new branch offices and take overall ownership of the business execution for the branch. You will develop and execute a business plan and model to drive expansion into new markets in SEA, collaborating with headquarters' cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet market demands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and landing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Managing the P&L for new branch offices
  • Developing and executing a business plan and model to drive expansion into new markets in SEA

You will travel extensively within the assigned regions to meet clients and explore business opportunities. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
