- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication for case resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute operational outcomes to meet customer, intermediary, and regulatory expectations.
- Perform daily policy alterations, review financial transactions, and seek management approval.
- Manage inquiries and feedback from various service channels and conduct investigations into regulatory complaints.
- Participate in projects, including risk control, back book reviews, and system enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify improvement areas.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance engagement with brokers and end customers.
