The role of Sales Director_Corporate Account at SAP SE is a critical position within our sales organization. As a seasoned professional with a strong track record in sales leadership, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • No less than 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with expertise in cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
