Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Promoting Financial Planning Services and Wealth Management Products. Your primary objectives will be to identify new affluent customers and acquire business opportunities through cross-selling, referrals, and personal connections. You will also need to analyze customers' financial needs and provide tailored solutions for a broad range of banking, insurance, and investment products.
- You will be responsible for attending to customers' queries on wealth management, including investment and treasury products, and performing call activities in accordance with our Relationship Management Model.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to build and deepen relationships is crucial. This includes updating customers on the latest product information and market trends to increase utilization and product penetration.
Additional Responsibilities:
- You will handle customer enquiries and execute financial transactions/orders and operations efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of current economic and financial markets to provide informed responses to customers' queries.
- Cross-referral of other consumer banking products to relevant staff members will also be part of your responsibilities.
Customer Experience Management:
- Your role will involve providing superior customer service and professional financial solutions through discreet financial needs analysis/planning that meets customers' evolving financial needs.
- Achieving and exceeding service standards set by the Bank is essential.
Audit and Compliance Control:
- You will adhere to bank policies, standards, operational guidelines/procedures, security measures, and internal control requirements.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and code of conduct, particularly those related to sales, is vital. This includes maintaining licensing and fitness & properness, KYC, FNA, PDPO anti-money laundering & documentation completeness in account opening and each deal.
Teamwork:
- Collaborating with fellow colleagues and working partners to meet team objectives while fostering a harmonious team environment is key.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in a business or finance-related discipline is preferred.
- Must be registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4] with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent.
- Must be registered TR [General* & Long Term (incl. linked long term)] with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2*, 3 & 5; or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registration as CI - CRWP (ECF-RWM) is desirable.
- CFP and CFA designations would be advantageous.
- Excellent listening skills, inquisitive mind, strong influencing ability, self-drive, and high ambition are essential.
- Fluent Mandarin and English language proficiency is required.
